Title:- What You Think You Become!
“Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8 (KJV)
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: what goes through your heart is a seed of what you will become; your life is the reality of the fruit of your thought.
The journey of life is on a steady acceleration and our lives go in the direction of our thoughts. In other words, what we think about continually we end up doing, and it becomes part of us. In this world of embattled existence where wickedness and corruption are greatly celebrated, you can't afford to occupy your life with devastating thoughts. No wonder the Word of God says, “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he” (Proverbs 23:7). This is in line with the opening scripture. Beloved, do you want to have a wonderful experience in the journey of life? It starts with your thoughts since your thoughts are the basis of your decisions, actions, and reactions. Thus thinking and harboring thoughts that are true (Jhn 17:17, Ps. 119:160), honest, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy would guide us to make the right decisions, make the right choices, act right, and react to people and situations in the right manner according to God’s Word (Psalm 119:9). Continually doing these things would create the right atmosphere for God to keep promoting you to have a wonderful life like Joseph had. Note: untill the Word of God becomes the basis of your meditation, the thoughts of God towards you remains a mystery (Jer. 29:11). Hallelujah!
REMEMBER THIS: what goes through your heart is a seed of what you will become; your life is the reality of the fruit of your thought.
