Title:- How To Receive The Kingdom of God!

Opening Scripture: Luke 18:17

“Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.” Luke 18:17 (KJV)

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: until you truly see and present yourself the way God see and expect you to present yourself to Him, your access to His Kingdom remain dormant. Both old and young folks of God's family, He refer to as 'children'

Every good thing on earth has it original version and source in heaven, most especially parental and family pattern. God is the Head of His Family, Jesus is the Son of God and we are His brethren (Matt. 23:8). We become members of God's glorious Family by confessing the Lordship of the only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) of God (Rom. 10:10). Irrespective of how grown an individual is, to his earthly parent he remain their child and must present himself as such to retain the relationship; the same is applicable in the Kingdom of God. The Lord Jesus Christ in His ministry on earth taught the disciples how to receive the ultimate blessing, which is the kingdom of God. He used the child to symbolize how to receive the kingdom. In society, children are taken for granted, but they are the heritage of God (Psalms 127:3). Children by nature are dependent on their parents or guardians; they are humble, teachable, forgiving, and they receive without raising questions. Beloved, this is the attitude Jesus Christ wants us to have toward the kingdom of God so that we can receive the blessings therein. Let us be totally dependent on the Lord, humble ourselves, and be ready to learn from God through the Holy Scriptures, and all the blessings in the kingdom of God will be our portion. No wonder His Word says we should be imitators of God as little children (Ephesians 5:1). In other words, you cannot miss the kingdom of God when you follow Jesus Christ and put His teachings to work. Glory to God!
