Title:- Understanding The Power of Vision!
Minister: B.I Kayode
Opening Scripture: Jeremiah 1:11-12 (KJV)
“Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Jeremiah, what seest thou? And I said, I see a rod of an almond tree.
Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it".Jeremiah 1:11-12 (KJV)
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: accessing and possessing your possession begins with the clairity of foresight; it turns the possibility of your vision into a reality of experience.
Just as the physical eyes are use to behold natural things and events around us, our spiritual eyes have been wired by God to see beyond the natural but far into the realms of God's glory (Eph. 1:18). God does not want any member of His Family to be spiritually blind that was while He asked Prophet Jeremiah in the opening scripture "what seest thou" and when he replied "I see a rod of an almond tree" God said to him "Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it", in other words if he had seen something different from what God wanted him to see, that alone can delay God's response to perform it.
This conversation between God and His prophet shows us how powerful the clairity of our vision is to the performance of God in bringing to pass our God ordained vision.
In the Eastern culture the almond tree was the first tree to bloom. It represents a new era, a new time, a beginning of something while the rod signifies discipline. Beloved, It's one thing to see light at the end of the tunnel and it's another thing completely to be disciplined in waiting for God to perform it. Note: there is no spiritual blindness that God cannot open (Psalms 119:18). As you begin to ask God for spiritual openings and the grace to be disciplined in your waiting, I see God performing beyond your imaginations this season. Give Him the glory!
REMEMBER THIS: accessing and possessing your possession begins with the clairity of foresight; it turns the possibility of your vision into a reality of experience.
